What counts as a tag?
Each active AirTag on your account. When you subscribe you choose how many tags to cover, and you can have that many tracking at once. Growing? Add tags to your subscription.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up and you get 14 days with up to 2 tags, no card needed to start. When you are happy, pick how many tags you want and subscribe through PayFast.
How am I billed?
Monthly in South African rand through PayFast. The amount is the price per tag times the number of tags your subscription covers.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel any time and you will not be billed again.
Do I have to buy tags from you?
No. Bring your own AirTags and we import their keys. If you would like tags ready to go, Novasys can supply them. Get in touch for a quote.
Is the API extra?
No. The API, webhooks and share links are part of every account.
